Our order and payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Direct Submission: All refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle at paddle.net.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with MotionValidator within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting Paddle's support team.

Usage and Refunds

To ensure a fair opportunity to evaluate the service while preventing abuse:

• If you have used 25% or fewer of your monthly validations (e.g., 5 or fewer validations on a 20-validation plan), you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
• If you have used more than 25% of your monthly validations, you have substantially received the service, and refunds are at Paddle's sole discretion based on the circumstances.

Service Acknowledgement

By using MotionValidator to verify documents, you acknowledge that:

• The service has been delivered once verification is performed.
• Digital services are provided immediately upon upload.
• You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund if you meet the usage criteria.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

1. Visit paddle.net.
2. Submit a refund request with your order number and the email address used for purchase.
3. Paddle will review your request and process approved refunds.

Note: We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Paddle.

Review and Approval

Refunds are determined at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse requests if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Time Limits

• Within 30 Days: Eligible for consideration under our money-back guarantee based on usage.
• 30 to 60 Days: May be considered by Paddle on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
• After 60 Days: Refund requests will not be processed.

Subscription Terms

No Partial Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. There are no refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.

Nature of Digital Services

MotionValidator is a digital service delivered immediately upon use. When you upload a document for verification, the following occurs instantly:

• Citation verification and statutory checking are performed in real-time.
• Procedure rules analysis is completed (if your subscription tier includes this).
• Verification reports (Citation Verification Report ("CVR")) may be generated once processing completes, if your brief passes all checks.

The service is considered "delivered" once processing is complete.

Coverage Limitations

The guarantee covers quality dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or technical issues. It does not cover:

• Refunds after extensive use (exceeding 25% of monthly validation quota).
• Refunds for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Refunds due to professional consequences, such as court sanctions or adverse judgments.

Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback. If you dispute a legitimate charge without first contacting Paddle, they may provide evidence to refute the request and prohibit you from using their services in the future.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days, while PayPal refunds usually process within 48 hours.

Adjustments: Refund amounts may differ slightly from the original payment due to tax recalculations; you will be advised if this is the case at the time of refund.
