Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. There are no refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.
MotionValidator is a digital service delivered immediately upon use. When you upload a document for verification, the following occurs instantly:

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days, while PayPal refunds usually process within 48 hours.
Adjustments: Refund amounts may differ slightly from the original payment due to tax recalculations; you will be advised if this is the case at the time of refund.
